20 years ago when we first started, we hired young designers for their fresh, innovative ideas.
The fresh grads were bringing in new customers, but soon the problems started surfacing.
We realised that the fresh grads were too focused on selling and making quick cash..
They started
1) Pushing customers to buy unnecessarily premium materials,
2) Overpromising and under delivering..
3) Going MIA after customers pay their deposits..
They were not transparent with prices and simply wanted to sell sell sell..
This was not right at all. This is not how I want to serve my customers!
